Rainguard&#**9;s Tec-Seal II is a high build block filler/primer for use on fully cured vertical interior ad exterior, rough or porous masonry surfaces. Application of Tec-Seal II fills and conditions rough surfaces and provides excellent adhesion for all tpcoat applications. Helps slightly chalded or alkaline surfaces. Recommended as a block filler/prmer on rough or proours vertical masnory surfaces.
