This product is particularly developed for production of apple juice. This product is manufactured in accord with the standards of FDA, WHO and ***** This product is deveoped from advanced strain through cultivation, fementation and extraction technique, which is in conformity with FCC. Components: Pectinase, Cellulase, Hemi-cellulase, β- Glucanase, Amylase and Protease. Action Principle: In the formulated enzymes, Pectinase is assorted with pectinesterase and depolymerase which decomposes α*1, *-galacturonic bond. Endo-pectintranseliminase and Endo- polygalacturonase from depolymerase is very effective to clarify juice. It reduces viscosity by largely decomposing juice pectin. Cellulase and Hemi-cellulase hydrolyzes polygalacturonic residue in pectin, and lyse cell wall; they also fully clarify juice and stabilizes it. Efficacy: 1. fully decomposing pectin and various sediments in juice, and clarifying juice quickly. 2. reducing viscosity of juice; the concentration can reach **0BX or even higher. 3. speeding up ultra-filtration, and decreasing washing times of ultra-membrane. 4. effectively preventing producing muddiness, and guaranteeing stockpile period and stability.
