Description
Regarding to our customer, we provide the tripes in three
ways. In convenience with the customers’ request, tripes are cooked
%*5 , %*0 or %**0. The process list of these tripes with changeable
cooking rates is stated below in detail:
For 8 to *2kg dirty tripe;
1. Tripes are washed dirtily in cold water for *0
minutes.
2. Then,tripes are washed in hot water and optionally lime for
*5 minutes.
3. After that, it is cooked with steam to get %*5 cooked
tripe for *0 Minutes, %*0 cooked tripes for *0 minutes, and % **0
for one and half an hour.
4. Following that, tripes are cooled in cold water basins for
totally *2 hours. This is performed three times.
5. Finally tripes pend on hanger for one day.
6. Then put them into packing bag(also with reference to your
demand, vacuum bags are available)
7. Packaged products will be frozen in **0C degrees for *6
hours
8. Frozen products will be stored in **8C degrees and ready to
be exported
Additionally, with reference to our customer demand, honey
comb ( **- *5kg) can be cut and packed separately
