Description:

ZDMC series high-strength energy saving busbar trunking system is designed and produced by Zhenda Group independently (potent number ZL ***8 2 *****4.8) in order to insure safety and efficiency of electricity distribution and transmission. Its current carrying range is from **0A to ***0A (comply with IEC standard). Its innovative design can be embodied not only from considerate and smart producing system but also from easy and convenient installation. It is one of the most convenient installation systems in busbar trunking system industry.

ZDMC series buway requires less auxiliary accessories during installation. Integrated format steel shell or aluminum realized grounding by one single conductor. It makes connection safe and efficient that single-bolt design for small ampere and double-bolt with punching design for big ampere. And the wires arrangement is reasonable in the distribution box.

ZDMC series buway adopts excellent insulation configuration. Besides traditional tetrafuloro tube, it adopts PVC flame-retardant halogen-free heat shrinkable tube.

It has smart feed system, feed socket can be designed flexibly and feed box can be replaced in each socket and bar.

Construction Features
1 Enclosure and construction
The enclosure of ZDMC series buway is made of excellent cold rolled plate and is formed in one time. It is light and complete closed type and has features like high-strength, anti-corrosion and good heat disperse and earthing. And low magnetic hysteresis and eddy current loss

The whole shell formed an integrated grounding system to relief the pressure on the PE earthing copper bar when some big capacity grounding fault occurs. It shapes second grounding system in the form of double-safety to protect busway system work normally.

The reasonable construction design makes busway compact, small volume and increases anti-electro mobility and heat dispersion. Also the construction has the low impedance and voltage drop features. Complete closed tube combining with B-class insulation modular eliminates the possibility of water drop entering. The inbuilt closed baffle makes it have the water-proof and wind-proof feature and eliminates the airflow stack effect.
The shell is covered by an insulated epoxy powder coating material make it good look, anti-salt frog and anti-corrosion.

2 Conductor
The shell of ZDMC series buway is made with rectangle copper or aluminum. .Its reasonable section and wide surface will benefit electricity conductivity. The material is imported electrolytic copper from Chile whose copper contents?*9.*9%. Both 3 phase*4 wires and 3 phase*5wires are available.

3 Grounding systems
the main earthing line (PE) of ZDMC series buway system is a single conductor with section?1/2 phase conductor. Meanwhile shell of busway is a kind of auxiliary part of grounding system. Earthing line is different from phase line apparently and has anti-inverse-plug function in case of incorrect operation during installation.
The surface of copper is treated with oil removal, oxidation treatment, tinning and silver coating.

4 Insulate
Every conductor of ZDMC series buway system is covered by insulated milar-film and flame-retardant halogen-free heat shrinkable tube. It has good high thermal resistance(no poisonous gas produced in high temperature and fire) and good dielectric property (dielectric strength?****0V). Insulation class is up to �B�

5 Connector
Every section of ZDMC series buway is designed with a set of connector and cover. Single-bolt design for small ampere connector tightening with wrench and double-bolt with punching design for big ampere connector.
6 Interface
The interface of ZDMC series buway system adopts feed-out whose protection grade reach IP*4 (comply with IEC***9). Each set of interface are designed with open-shut lock device. It has anti-dust and anti-feculence and anti-incorrect operation features. Its material is ABS engineering plastic with steel cover added.
PE and N phase adopt first-in-last-out safety principle. The strength of pin can reach **0 times and above.
There are visible transparent cover for observe safely and conveniently.
