The open structure and resistance to nesting provide maximum protection against fouling and plugging. Hiflow Rings are available in a wide variety of sizes and materials of construction. Available materials include thermoplastics, metals, and ceramics. Typical applications for Hiflow Rings include large volume processes where low pressure drop can translate into significant operating cost savings. Other applications include processes with high solids loadings that tend to foul and plug other packings.
