Description

Currently most high-speed filtration equipments are designed to discharge impurities in gravity discharge principle. But if there are light impurities in the liquid such as fibers, particles, powders and other impurities which can not settle quickly, the filtration effects can not be perfect. Floating Filter’s in-outlet is designed in tangent direction which makes the liquid flow spirally after entering the filter. And the spiral flow can move more fluently with the whirling scraper device. The light and heavy impurities are separated by the spiral flow. The light impurities float on the top of unfiltered liquid, and the heavy impurities settle at the bottom of unfiltered liquid. According to the setting of the control system, the discharge valve drains the impurities automatically. Features: 1.
