Composition of the system:: Split Pressurized solar water heater is composed of solar collector (heat pipe), pressurized water tank, pipeline, working station (including circulation pump, controller, expansion vessel, pressure gauge, sensors and etc). Brief introduction: Water tank and solar collector are separated, the collector can be put on balcony or slope roof. And the water tank can be located at any corner in your room. With an intelligent controller and solar working stations, the whole system works automatically. This split pressurized solar water heater takes advantage of high absorption and low emittance of vacuum tubes and converts absorbed radiation into heat energy and sends it rapidly to collector by Super-conductive Heat Pipe conductor. It can work efficiently in four seasons. Working Principle: 1) When the temperature difference between the solar collector and tank is exceeded the set value temperature difference, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically, transfer heat from collector to tank 2) During the running of the circulation pump, when the temperature difference is lower than the set point, the circulation pump will stop. 3) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically 4) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank
