Phase II investment is a Thermal CTP production line, which will be matched with Kodak plate. Annual production scale is 5 million square meters, with a goal to forming high-quality PS plate and CTP plate production line in China. The Reel PS plate production line that purchased stands *8 meters. It can produces Positive and Thermal CTP three types printing plate. The equipment uses a combination of mechanical and electrochemical processing technologies for surface roughness within a tension autopilot system. So it can gain a good grains distribution. Reverse distribution and hot-oil heat drying technologies can fully meet the market requirements for all types of existing printers specifications. The main material-Aluminium plate is form Huzhou Century Dongliang Co.,Ltd, the Coating is imported form Korea, this is the promise of high quality products.
