ranging from 5/*2" to **1/4". This D shackle is made from grade **6
stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance, which is ideal
for marine and industrial applications.

needs. We have a modern CNC machine shop and best stainless is
ground, buffed and polished by hand to a mirror finish to assist in
making a quality part. In the passivation process after buffing,
acid and rinsing remove surface contaminants from the products and
produce a hydrous oxide film which enhances corrosion resistance.
