ZMQSY series pneumatic diaphragm Y-shape trap valve
ZMQSY is a new-generation steam trap valve specially designed by
our company for drainage of thermal power plant. The product is
based on pro-linear flow design and secondary throttling theory for
reduced erosion and enhanced service life. The valve core and seat
apply integral hard alloy and the internal leak rate is ≤ level VI
upon enclosure. The dismountable middle cavity sealing design
avoids external leak and facilitates maintenance. The product is
suitable for places with combustible or explosive substances and it
can be turned on/off according to signal from control system or
regulating instrument, thus meeting the service requirement for
controlled parameter. Therefore, the valve product is widely used
in sectors like thermal power generation.
The product consists of two models – positive action and reverse
action. The nominal through diameter rating DN (MM) is *0~**0
(3/4"~6″)and the nominal pressure rating PN consists of **0lb
(2.0MPa), **0lb (5.0MPa), **0lb (*1.0MPa), **0lb (*5.0MPa), etc.
The applicable temperature is ≤**0celsius, the air source pressure
(MPa) is 0.***0.4 and the signal scope Pr (KPa) is *****0 or
*****0. The leak rate is almost 0. The product also includes a
variety of specifications.
?Type of ZMQSY: ZMQSY-type pneumatic film Y-trap; the valve
concludes by a new series of pneumatic film implementing agencies
and the Y- trap part. (Figure 1) Y-trap is a special regulatory
body structure, and the two-ends are welding type which applicable
to specific piping. working principle: ???When the signal pressure
enter the diaphragm chamber and generate thrust above the
diaphragm, it will compress the spring, then drive the stem to
change the flow area between the valve core and valve seat, until
the thrust of the spring reaction and signal pressure being balance
on the diaphragm, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic
adjustment of process parameters.
