Dear Client My provider is still accepting applications, but I don&#**9;t know for how long. Here are the specifics: Lease fee is *0%, plus 2% for intermediaries, 1yr and 1 day, cash-backed, $*0mm to $1B. Instruments are Assignable, Transferable, and can be used as Collateral for credit lines. To move forward I&#**9;ll need the following: 1. Executed CIS 2. Colored copy of passport 3. A current Bank Statement/Tear Sheet showing the capacity to pay the lease fee 4. Corp Resolution if in a company name Step by Step Procedures: If you cannot follow these procedures, then we will respectfully decline your request. 1. Client completes CIS and submits along with passport, bank statement showing capacity to pay for the instrument, and corp resolution if in company name. 2. Provider will then issue a service agreement outlining the contractual term for both parties. 3. Client executes service agreement. 4. Client Chooses escrow agent to hold lease fees. a) Finito Escrow, California b) American United Title & Escrow, Nevada c) Commercial Escrow Services, California 5. An escrow agreement for client&#**9;s execution will be issued by the escrow agent chosen. 6. Once lease fees have been escrowed, Provider will then start processing the instrument. 6. Instrument is then swift&#**9;d to client&#**9;s bank. 7. Once instrument is received and verified by client&#**9;s bank, Client instructs escrow agent to release the fees to the Provider. Total process will take approx. *1 business days.
