CNC controller provides 2 electronic systems, with a complete real FANUCCNC technology system, in accordance with real CNC equipment for electrical connection, and for machine to run with in CNC programming, CNC processing, the system provides fully open ports, for students to use oscilloscope/multimeter to measure, furthermore, students can make on-line measurement during CNC automatic processing process on the ports, to find faults and eliminate faults, as a practical teaching solution. The other electronic system provides all common faults setting on a CNC machine, with troubleshooting and faults searching functions, teacher can make faults settings on computer, through network, transfer to student’s computer, then students computer can show the faults settings, as the 2 electronic systems have two independent power supplies, so students can independently carry out on-line troubleshooting can off-line measurement, which improves their actual capabilities greatly.
