Our company’s large oven has achieved international advanced level through  absorbing the same products’advanced technology both at home and abroad, meticulous design and several times updating and upgrading. It uses steam and electricity as the heating source, through a heat exchanger to heat the air forced circulation by the fan. Hot air flows through the materials to transfer the heat and takes the moisture volatilized from the materials. According to the different requirements of materials and different state of the drying process, we can adjust the proportion of air output and circulating load, so as to achieve the purpose of improving both the drying rate and the heat utilization efficiency. These are the hot air circulating oven’s advantages. In order to reduce temperature differential in the oven, beside depending on the fourced circulation air’s convective heat transfer, an adjustive air dividing apparatus is installed on both sides of the the oven. We could adjust the angle of the air dividing apparatus’ blade to make all parts’ temperature of the furnace reach unanimity.

Outer part:this part is made by bending 2mm thick cooling-plate, which are corrosion resistance and anti-rust. There are only one door, installed with strengthened chromium plating square steel door lock and handle. There is trolley rail (it is made of channel steel) in front of the oven, 2.4 meters long.  It’s very convenient for the trolley’s in and out.
 Inner part: this part is made of 2mm thick SUS**4# mirror surface of stainless steel plate, the liner’s size is. The surrounding areas of the liner covers **0mm thick high-temperature aluminosilicate cotton insulation, and the surrounding areas of the door adds high temperature resistance silicone seal to make sure that the temperature outside of the oven will not burn hands. An anti-explosion door which installs anti-explosion device is added in the back of the oven.
