Buyer and seller sign the sales/purchase contract agreement with banking Coordinates. 2. Seller gives proof of product (POP) to Buyer for confirmation through tracking. 3. Buyer issues a Bank Letter of Undertaking for $3.*0 Million in favour of Seller (Bank to Bank). Verbiage to indicate that the LOU will be forfeited if the buyer fails to reciprocate the 2% SBLC Performance Bond with a full IDCL. 4. Seller issues a SBLC 2% Performance Bond. 5. Seller gives marine ATB to Buyer for his supercargo/Inspectors to go on board Vessel 6. Buyer places a 5 day pre-charter on the vessel to handlers and moves it to Togo Triangle / International Waters. 7. Buyer reciprocates with Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit for the full month.
