Use the Sway Arm type way to adjust the air-knife, easily control and it can make the film quickly take shape and also to save plastic material wasting. 5. The whole machine is use human machine interface to control the monitor, control easy and very accurate, low breakdown rate. 6. The temperature control by PID, the temperature’s tolerance is ± 1℃. On the barrels section install a compulsory type of cooling-fan blower, it can control the temperature very accurately during the plasticization process. 7. The central winder machine is use two bearing rotating style, every single bearing is with independent torsion force controller and it can makes accuracy winding tension, and also can able to let the winding material get evenly with the hardness in inner and outer layers.
