Hydraulic control valves are being produced for our customers to work with the max. pressure of **0 bars and 5 to *0 lpm flow ratio. Hydraulic power lifts have to achieve the functions like; position control, draft control, mix control ( the usage of both position control and draft control functions together) and rate of drop function which controls the lowering speed of the equipment. To achieve these functions, control valve is used which controls the oil flow in or out of the cylinder or traps the oil in the cylinder. A control valve is a compact design that contains control units like; main spool, lowering valve, relief valve, flow control valve and check valve in the same body. This valve provides the needed flow with the needed pressure independently from the engine rpm.
