The gears are heat-treated and hardness achieves HRC*0, the bearing seats are made of cast steel which can avoid breaking. The machine is suitable for producing all kinds of brick with material like gangue, shale, pulverized coal ash as well as clay. The spiral cut reamer of the machine adopt wear-resistance metal spray painting technology; The upper stage mixing shaft, the cut reamer big shaft, the up-down body etc. are all passed the aging, quenching and tempering process. The reducer gearwheel is the hardened tooth face. Adopting the spiral pressure plate patent technology on the clutch largely prolonged the service life of equipment. At the same time, reasonable design, compact structure, the equipment can work steadily without installing of foundation bolts. It can largely reduce the consumption of power for vibration in working process. It’s an idea machine for producing hollow and porous clay bricks, shale, coal gangue, and fly ash bricks. Electric Control System The machine is equipped with PLC control system. Its random signal and pressure analyzing system materializes the best running of the machines, and its touch screen has friendly computerized interface makes selecting and operating parameters easy. Inside the PLC control system, there are intelligent failure diagnosing software package and telecommunication control system to make remote technical service available. At present, there are 4 machine types: JKB*5/*0, JKB*5/*0, 7JKB*5/*0 and JKB*5/*0, with capacity from *8 to *0 tons of finished products per hour. Through changing the mold on the extruding mouth, the machine can produce various kinds of products, like solid brick, porous block and pavers.
