Description

Xinlong’s ES Series self adhesive spunlace material uses a new form of specialized staple material (ES fiber) and conventional fiber which are combined to make webs according to specific mixing fluffing and carding and then go through the spunlace process to create a new set of products. ES fibers are created from polypropylene and polyethylene fibers attached side by side or ginned. After they are combined in specific proportions with conventional fibers, separated and carded they become intertwined material, becoming a fiber net. Through special spunlace and other processes the polyethylene fibers melt at a realatively low temperature and stick to the fibers allowing short fibers in the web to stick together reducing the chances of fibers and lint from falling out of the material.
