HY-QM series rotary die cutting machine is the latest product

It adopts the double roller pressing, once complete the
slitting, slotting and punching , creasing and folding of the
corrugated cardboard in high , medium and low grade. It is suitable
for the manufacturing of colorful cartons, boxed and other package
products of abnormal shape.
The main machine adopts electrical , ray and pneumatic united
control system , saving energy, safe and high efficiency.
The feeding unit adopt vacuum suction lead edge feeding
system, increase the feeding speed and decrease the rate of
cardboard blocking when using back-kick feeding system.
High pressure centrifugal fans auxiliary feed the cardboard to
ensure the The absorption force can be adjustable to different
cardboard thickness and dimension.
Frequency converter control the force, make sure the smoothly
feeding .Ultra-thin feeding function, Even 2mm thickness cardboard
can be used.
Front bar is adjusted manually . Right bar is
electrically adjusted. Left bar own the function of pneumatic
flapping. Adjusting of the back bar ( left , right, up and down) is
manual, convenient , fast and precise.
PLC control, unite control panel on control desk, simple
and clear , convenient and swift. The main motor apply the
frequency converter controling the speed, start smoothly and adjust
the speed according the user.
