Description
This machine can mark both multi-dot line and flat line. It is a
general machine which can be flexibly operated and has the better
effects of vibrating, reflect and drainage.
1. Engine: *5HP water-cooled electrical starting diesel engine with
four-cylinder in-line that is environmental protection with low
noise. The fuel tank Capacity is *0L.
2. Driving system: Oil pressurized continuously variable speed
transmission system that can freely go ahead, back off and stop.
Diving speed: forward: ***2km/h, back off: ***2km/h. Maximum
climbing capability: *5°.
3. Heating mode: Infrared propane heating, electronic ignition,
automatic temperature control and conduction oil heating that can
save more than *0% fuel compared with traditional heating mode, and
make the heating evener, quicker, more secure and more
environmental protection.
4. Marking mode: Equipped with single extrusion marking device on
the left or right, which can mark both multi-dot line and flat
line. The multi-dot line can be divided into two types (dot model
and row model) according to the needs of users. The device has high
working efficiency and reliability. The starting and ending points
of the marking is very precise.
5. Glass beads spray system: Equipped with single *0L pressurized
glass beads bin with windows. Equipped with Single or Double glass
beads spraying guns on the left or right, whose pressure, flow rate
and spray width can be freely adjusted to ensure the spraying glass
beads firmer, evener and more economical.
6. Electronic control: The multi-functional interface; it can be
set with various marking types when out of factory according to the
requirements of the users. The line type and its length can be
freely adjusted to meet the users’ needs during construction,
realizing the full intelligent control. Continuous line and broken
line can be finished together in the same program.
7. Paint tank: equipped with cold rolled, anti-oxidant, steel
conduction oil insulated heating tanks with chain-driven horizontal
hydraulic stirring device inside it. The tank’s capacity is
**0L.
8. Air compressor: 0.6m3/min piston type air pump; the air source
storage bin can adjust the pressure and is installed with a safe
automatic exhaust device.
9. Warning system: Equipped with double warning lights whose
flicker frequency (sudden flicker frequency) can be freely
adjusted. The electronic warning arrow at the back (the flashing
direction is adjustable) of the vehicle can improve the safety of
road marking operation.
*0. Guide rod: The extractable hydraulic guide rod can change
directions freely to up, down, left or right.

customers. It is able to finish another pre-marking line while
doing marking operation, which greatly improves the efficiency of
the road marking construction.
