SDWJ***-I fully automatic solid dripping pills machine line is developed on the former SDWJ**-I fully automatic solid dripping pills machine line .The new line has larger refrigeration capacity .more thorough heat exchange and therefore the output can be improved greatly. A part from the same structure of SDWJ**-I , the new line have enhanced capacities of the dripping forming and other systems and is suitable for customers with great output demand . The main machine dripping process system the mixture delivered from the ground feeding system to the hopper on the top of the main machine dripping process system will be dripped in to the liquid paraffin oil in the forming tank via special dripper in presence of liquid level control system and dripping process system .The drop of the mixture will become solid pills with very high sphericity under surface tension , which will be cooled to set the shape in the refrigerated paraffin oil , then the pills will be delivered to capsule-oil separating section for separation .Finally, those separated solid dripping pills will be delivered out of the machine by the conveyer.
