Heating room isolation is provided by rock wool. Powder coated sheet iron width is 1.2 mm. outside of panels and inside is galvanizationed sheet iron. There are air curtains enterance and exit of the tunnel for heat loss is minimum. Ovens are fabricated with **0 mm. sandwich panels and they are demountable. SIEMENS and TELEMECANIQUE equipments are used in electricity panels. Standart colours are RAL ***4 MX (Orange) and RAL ***2 MX (Dark Blue) for outside of the ovens. This oven is used in full automatic systems and conveyor system is regulated according to products weight.
