And then they go to Inline multi belt feeder to realize feeding and positioning. At last, they go to the feed lugs (infeed) of the wrapping machine for packing. The system’s feeding and wrapping speed up to **0 packs /min, (Final outputs achieved under production conditions will depend upon the product, the wrapping material, the final specification of the machine and the ability of your operators to feed the machine. ) System Features: With controls for speed synchronization , no product become stand by, auto start when products arrival. AFP automatic feeding system has been designed not only work with AFP wrapping machines but also work with the other brands wrapping machines with mechanical , frequency controlled or servo controlled as well. All conveyor belts can easily de-assembling without tools, & the components also can screw out without tools. Reliable high-quality electrical components , motors, control electronics included for stable performance of AFP system . All product contact parts are of stainless steel SUS**4 or food grade materials. Machine frames and guard are in steel grey finish.
