DESCRIPTION WATERGUARD A SUPER is pre-packed two component Powder and Liquid polymer, consist of processed cements and special fillers that can be applied over well prepared sound substrates to provide extremely tough durable waterproof render, **3 mm thick for water tanks, basements etc. USES All structures that are required to be waterproofed and protected against the ingress of moisture like Basements, Water tanks, Swimming Pools, Retaining Walls, Bridge Walls, Tunnels, Lift Shafts, Sewage Tanks, Reservoirs, Dams, Dock gates etc. MIXING WATERGUARD A SUPER should preferably be mixed mechanically by using an electric drill and paddle attachment. Pour the liquid polymer in the container first and add powder slowly while mixing continuously until an even homogeneous mix of brushing consistency is obtained. SURFACE PREPARATION All leaks and water jets must be stopped using WATERPLUG plugging compound. (Refer relevant Data Sheet). Substrate must be sound, clean and free from loose particles or laitances or contamination and preferably be wire brushed. Where cracks are present, cracks must be treated first depending on the type of crack. APPLICATION The prepared surface must be thoroughly wetted with water for absorption and excess water to be removed. WATERGUARD A SUPER must be applied. Lay e-glass fiber cloth on the coating. Again apply the second coating above the cloth. A Mixed WATERGUARD A SUPER will remain for *0 minutes. Mixing in small quantities is recommended. CLEANING All tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use. SHELF LIFE 9 months when stored in original sealed pack under shade in dry conditions. PACKING & COVERAGE Available in *0 kg powder + 5 liter. Liquid, which covers *2 to *5 m2 area.
