Technical
description
1?For easy corrosion should be painted anticorrosive paint
twice after sampler all assembled.

to tank medium , the circular arc of

Installation
It is
with an easy installation for LGTSA type Oil jars sampler. There
are two parts installation -outside and
inner.
1?Outside
installation
1.1Open a hole of *0 mm in diameter from
the bottom tank 1 meter high.
1.2Welding flange pipe and tank wall.
1.3Connect the sampler enclosure flange
and flange of tank wall.
2?Inner
installation
2.1From the tank wall hole 1 meters to the
tank (center), the bracket welding on the bottom of the tank.
2.2From the tank wall hole 8 meters to the
tank (center), the bracket welding on the bottom of the tank.
2.3According to mark connect the sampling
line, tighten the sampling pipeline articulated, and fixed on the
bracket, flat on the bracket.
2.4The sampling box with metal hose into
the tank of the sampling tube and sampling pipe connection, when
connection, in turn, connecting the longer sampling tube into the
tank (middle, short)and the longer sampling tube (middle, short) of
pipelines.

Usage
LGTSA type Oil jars
sampler: easy to use, quickly. as the appended drawings, steps are
as follows:
1.Open the door of the sampler and take
out the circulation pump handle, installing on the hand pump shaft,
and turn on the total circulation valve at the bottom of the
panel.
2.Screwing the sampling valve of the
upper sample to "cycle" position, then slowly shaking circulating
pump handle several times (upper sample about 5 laps, middle sample
about 3.5 times, lower sample about 2 laps);
3.Put the sampling bottle in the upper
valve\'s outlet, and then put the valve from the cycle position to
the sampling position to get the required samples, after samples
meet the required amount, turn off the sampling valve
4.So did as the above for middle and
bottom sampling, and its sequence can be arbitrary choice
5.After the completion of the sampling,
screwing all the sampling valves to the "off" position, taking down
the circulating pump handle and stands in the trunk, close the door
of the sampler. Sampling process is
complete.
