It operates on a siphonic principle to send a continuous flow of water over and through the pipettes, at a most normal pressure the water is completely changed in cycles of about one minute and even at reduced pressure this washer operates efficiently. It consists of a stainless steel washing cylinder *2" height, 6" diameter mounted on a base *0" diameter and a removable pipette holder which is of *-Â&frac*2;" diameter. The cylinder has a 1/2" inlet with a removable nose nipple for attaching to permanent drain if desired. This unit can recommodate pipettes upto **6mm in length.
