The Nano thermal insulation media products for WF in my company include Antimony Tin Oxide category thermal insulation media(for short ATO category), Indium Tin Oxide category thermal insulation media(for short ITO category), Aluminum Zinc Oxide category thermal insulation media(for short AZO category), Gallium Zinc Oxide category thermal insulation media(for short GZO category) and so on. At present, in our company, the main solvents for thermal insulation media for WF(IR film) include Ethyl Acetate(EA), Acetone, Methyl Ethyl Ketone(MEK), Toluene(TOL), Dimethyl Benzene(DMB), Isopropyl Alcohol(IPA), Butyl Acetate(BA), Methyl Isobutyl Ketone (MIBK) and so on. They can be mixed well with other solvents and resin blending. And their concentration (*0ï&frac*2;ž*0%) and Ph valve(2ï&frac*2;ž*1) are adjustable. The ATO solutions described above can be effectively added to hard coatings of WF(IR) film, which is scratch resistance coating(SRC) and is cured by UV light. And they can be added to polyurethane adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) of laminating layer or pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) of mounting layer. According to the special material, process and requirement, we can design and make variety of insulation media to meet with the different requirements of different WF (IR film) manufacturers.
