MINE LINE cone crusher is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the fields of mining, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgies and so on. It can crush materials which Moh’s scale is in high hardness such as ironstone, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, sand stone and so on. PYB (Standard head) is applied to secondary crushing; PYZ(Medium head) and PYD(Short head)are applied to fine crushing.

â…¡. Working Principle

When cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric axial sleeve via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric axial sleeve which makes the mantle some times close to the bowl liner, while some times far away from the bowl liner. The big stones are pressed.  impacted and finally crushed in the crushing cavity.

The advantages of the machine are good performance, high efficiency, easy to adjusted and low investment cost. It has two kinds of sealed methods- dry oil and water so that make powder and lubricant oil separated, to guarantee the machine work well.
