Product shall be reserved in the Sellers Name in favour of its buyer and ready to be delivered via the pipeline to Rotterdam, Novorossiysk or Primorsk. b) Quality passport certificate issue by the refinery laboratory. c) Guarantee letter from the Refinery in the name of the buyer to produce and deliver the monthly quantity as per the schedule of the delivery. In at least 5 Days.But, negotiable with the Buyer at the Contract Level. 4) End Buyer will verify POP and issue a conditional financial instrument per the contract terms which will become operable upon issuance of 2% PB and lifting. 5) Delivery commences per the contract delivery schedule.
