An  Engine  Pad  Heater  is  an  electric  heater  that  heats  the  engine  of  a  car  to  give  quicker  starts  in  cold  weather.  It  is  thin, flexible
heating  pads  and  are  attached  to  the  outside  of  an  oil  pan  or  fluid  reservoir, a  hydraulic  tank  for  example.  The  pads  have  a  special
"hi-tech"  adhesive  on  one  side.  Once  installed, the  heater  will  never  fall  *****  are  connected  to  normal  AC  power  overnight  or
before  driving, via  regular  power  outlets  that  are  fed  through  a  vehicles  grille.  This  allows  easier  starting  in  cold  temperatures, by
