The first step: setting up on-site lofting and fixed base
According to the specifications and size of the tent used, the overall tent construction is laid out. First set out at the construction site, all the base chassis must be on a horizontal line. Determine the position of all the bases, and then fix the bases after confirmation!
Step 2: Place the materials
With reference to the installation instructions, the materials of each component will be placed at the joint of the corresponding assembly according to the connection relationship and construction position of each component.
Step 3: Combine the framework
1. Installation of ridge connection angle and inclined beam: insert the ridge connection angle into the left and right inclined beams, and then fasten with bolts
2. Installation of load-bearing columns and inclined beams: After assembling the load-bearing columns and inclined beams to the holes, fasten with bolt
3. Installation of the load-bearing column and the base: align the pin holes of the load-bearing column built-in parts and insert the cylindrical pin, and then lock with the opening lock, and so on, all the connection and installation are completed on both sides
Step 4: Erect the frame
Install the two lifting belts on the inclined beam separately, and use the traction equipment (such as a crane) to rectify the first group of frames through the correct and safe link of the traction contraction and the inclined beam. The other side must have a reverse pull rope. Prevent excessive traction and anti-dumping.
Step 5: Install eaves and roof square pipes
Hang the end of the eaves square tube with the hook first into the U-shaped buckle of the erected frame, and then lift the other end with a fork rod to hang into the corresponding U-shaped buckle (note: the left and right sides need to be correspondingly), and then use the same The method of hanging all the eaves and roof square pipes.
Step 6: Install the center column and side column of the gable
Align the inner corner of the gable with a right angle upward and the cylindrical hole on the connection angle of the roof ridge, and link it with bolts. The bottom end should be connected to the base, locked with a cylindrical pin, and then install the weight column in the same way (note: the base should not be fixed first). After installation, adjust the center and side columns according to the flatness of the construction site. When the parallel and stable state is maintained, the base is fixed!
Finally, as long as the tarpaulin is installed, the tension rod is inserted into the side groove under the side wall or gable tarpaulin, the two sides are fixed on the base, and a comprehensive inspection is completed to complete the tent construction!
