DBM**1 straight wave beveling machine are used for grinding wave and straight bevel and bottom side of glass in different size and thickness. Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of bevel and grinding of bottom side can be completed at one processing travel. PLC controlling and friendly Man-machine interface are used. Feeding/retracting of grinding spindle set, beveling angle setting/adjustment, thickness setting, adjust of beveling wave type can be realized by inputting related parameters. Processing can be continuous for glass sheet of the same thickness. The shineness of finished surface will be almost the same as glass itself.
