I. Overview DL-FMS***0 Flexible Manufacture System is developed on the basis of Automatic Mitsubishi PLC. Flexible Manufacture System uses modular structure, it is suitable for higher education institute and engineer training centers, the students who is major in mechatronics, automation, network, system and advanced manufacture can get training from this system. The equipment combine optical fiber, mechatronics, pneumatic theory, hydraulic theory etc. The system can be the trainer of automation and network class, it can be equipped with slave system to build network, and expand its use. Dimension: **0×***0×***0mm, height of table surface:**0mm 1 Distribution station This station is the basic of all the system, the work piece is in the storage ware. The main function is to supply work piece to handling station. Mini cylinder push the work piece out. 2 Handling station The whole handling module can finish 4 DOF action, include suck work piece, rotate swing cylinder, release sucker and push cylinder move forward. DC geared motor drive the swing cylinder rotate. 3 Processing station When the sensor get the arrival signal of work piece, rotary cylinder rotates *0°, then send work piece to the corresponding position. Drill the inner diameter of work piece, turn table rotate for *0°, then go to the next module, this module is to test cylinder inner diameter, to judge if it is qualified, if cylinder move forward, it proves it is qualified, if not , means it is defect. 4 Handling and Sorting station After finish processing work, through CC-Link
