Belt jointing step length L= belt width ×0.6ï&frac*4;0.8, Miter cutting length = belt width × 0.3 ***** the belt to 3 steps. When cutting each step, don’t damage the fabric under each layer. The edge of each step should be straight. ***** the jointing surface edgy, dry and clean. ***** the jointing sides. Make sure the size of two sides be perfectly match. No space between the joint. ***** glue, then brush it on the connecting parts. Wait for 5min, brush the 2nd or 3rd time after the glue is not sticky. 6.When the last brushing is not sticky, joint the two sides. It must be well jointed. Can use hammer or other tools to hammer it **3 times to make the air out. 7.Wait about 1 hour after joint the two sides, then can use it on production line. Remarks: 1. Avoid using this products in the environment which low temperature (<*5℃) and moisture (>*0%). 2. Store in low temperature and dry place. Shelf life: *8 months
