bright wire at the top of rotor is opened in sequence through
rotation of rotor, avoiding instantaneous opening or closing of air
inlet and air exit, resulting in extremely small running noise,
almost no air exhaust pulsating movement.

keeping mutual clearance between rotors, no need to consider slight
axial change causing rotors mutually contact, just as rotor of
