2) Spheroid annealing to soften the tissue for easy cutting and
processing;
3) Very good hardness in case of quenching;
4) Very good size stability after tempering. Supply Condition and
Hardness: Annealed, hardness**0HBS AISI O1 Die Steel Bar of
Applications:
1) Widely be applied in fabrication of blanking die, punching die,
bending die and burnishing die with the thickness of not more than
8mm.
2) Also be widely applied in fabrication of gauges, measuring
tools, woodwork cutters and lathe thimble, etc.
3) Widely be applied in fabrication of guiding bush, thimble,
screwing dies and taps, etc.
