Description
1.Single jib portal
crane is the simplicity of portal crane and it mainly includes
frame, lifting mechanism, rope luffing mechianism, slewing
mechanism, traveling mechanism, spreader device(such as grab,
container spreader, magnet, hook), electrical equipment and other
aiding devices for safety. In the hositing system, compensating
rope pulley and drum can assure a constant level when amplitude is
changing. Frame is compromised of jib, A-frame, slewing platform
and gantry.

Single jib portal crane is an
economical type, which has its aplication in loading and unloading
of bulk cargo(coal, ore) and shipyard.
Single jib portal crane is to save
your investment in loading and unloading port and ship building
yard. It has more simple structure, smaller wheel load and weight,
and lower investment in port and ship platform.

luffing mechanism make sure a constant working state.
