Uses

The best tasting desiccated coconut recipes are cakes, smoothies and ice creams. It is also used to garnish savoury, spicy fish and meat dishes.

Grades of Desiccated Coconut

There are different types of grade of Desiccated coconut. Our main grades comprise of the following:
DC – High Fat (*5%)
Fine grade
Medium grade

DC- Reduced Fat (Less than *0%)
Fine Grade
Medium Grade

Packing and Storage of Desiccated Coconut

Desiccated Coconuts are packed in *5 Kg multi-ply kraft paper bags with inner sealed polythene to keep away from the atmosphere’s moisture. Desiccated Coconuts should be stored in cool and dry places and care should be taken to avoid direct sunlight and not to store with other strong odours
