Principle and
Structure
The motion path of screen box is rectilinear,so
we call it rectilinear vibrating screen.Base on the difference of
vibration exciter,it is devided into two types,one is
shaft-eccentric type rectilinear screen and the other is
block-eccentric type rectilinear vibrating screen.
Two-motor synchronous
reverse-placed to generate reverse exciting force,forcing the
screen box do the vertical movement with the sieve. When two
vibrating motors that are longitudinally mounted on the screen box
actuate the relative rotation, so that the material on the screen
deck surface jumps and moves to the outlet under the excitating
force. The size of materials that are smaller than the opening of
screen deck, fall to the next layer through the deck. Then they go
out from the outlet after continuous jump. After this process,
different levels of material can be got, and the classification
operation of material is finished.

Applications of
Vibrating Screen
It is used widely in metallurgy,building material,chemical industry,fire proof,
cement, ceramic,
grain and food industry,used to classify different levels of materials.
It can be also applied in flowing line to achieve automatic operation.
