NB**2 is a kind of energy savinghigh temperature shift catalyst for low steam/gas ratio operating condition.It applies forthe shift stage of large and medium-sized ammonia or hydrogen plant to react CO with stream to produce H2 and CO2 based on coal, light oil, natural gas, oil gas and other raw materials. Particularly it is suitable for energy saving ammonia plantunder thelow steam/gas ratio operating condition. It uses especial caustic soda precipitation technology to make rod microcrystal, differ from traditional spherical microcrystal. At the same time, it is modified withcopper and other additives so that the selectivity is significantly improved atlow steam/gas ratio operating condition.
