Description

If there is impurities in refrigerant, such as dust, iron dust, weld splatter, in circulation, it is easy to jam the energy-saving hole in expansion valve, and adhere to the sliding position on suction or exhaust valve plate and bearing of the refrigerator, and it will take influence on the normal operation of compressor. The refrigeration system must use suction filter shells to remove the impurities.
 
When the refrigent flows according to the filter’s arrow, the vent relief valve will take into effect. When the refrigerant flow to the device, if there is too many pressure drop, the vent relief valve can a little bit open, in order to keep enough gas, and the motor of totally enclosed compress can get a proper refrigeration. When the direction of suction line filter installed and the arrow pointed is opposite, the vent relief valve can’t take into effect, it can’t open no mater how high the pressure drop is. It is necessary to install a repair valve, in order to measure the pressure drop passed through filter core to suction assist vavle of the compressor. If the vent relief valve in suction line filter can’t take into effect, just use the repair valve to measuring the pressure.
