Metal bond diamond micro powder 

   It's produced from metal bond diamond as raw material, concentrated particles with accurate size and irregular shape to ensure excellent abrasive action and enhanced performance . Suitable for high performance metal bond tools,PCD for petroleum and miming drilling 

Resin bond diamond micro powder

   Particles with irregular shape to ensure the sharpness of the resin bond tools and can improve the retention of diamond to the bond. Concentrated particles, accurate sizes avoid the scratches during precise grinding or polishing. Suitable for stone processing, resin bond diamond tools for glass, ceramic and other industries.

Refined diamond micro powder 

   Refined diamond micro powder particles with ball-like shape, narrow range of particles size and high purity. Suitable for electroplated diamond tools making and grinding or polishing for gemstone, silicon wafer, optical apparatus, precise ceramic, precise moulding.

Ni coated diamond powder 

   Nickel coated, weight increased *6%, suitable for resin bond products, can enhance the mechanical attachment of diamond to the bond, decrease the heat and improve the application features of the diamond tools, besides coated and Ti coated diamond powder are available.

RVD1 diamond
