function
A)current limiter
The controller which controls the wind turbine and the solar cells
to limit battery charge voltage and current with PWM method. It
means that when battery power is low, current will be limited. That
is, when wind turbin and solar charge current is less than the
total limit point, the wind turbine and all the solar will charge
the battery when wind turbin and solar charge current is higher
than the total limit point, charge battery with limited current,
the redundant energy will be dumploaded by PWM mode.

high.
2. Control wind turbine
Exact speed controller
for wind turbine, when wind turbine exceeds a certain speed, this
device will stop the wind turbine, and auto self recover a sec.
later.
3. LCD Display:

Power: wind power, solar cell power
Current: wind turbine current, solar cell current, battery charge
current and power situation.
Output: Routine
Through the four buttons on the LCD, you can view the display and
set parameters.
4. Output function:
There are 2 DC output designed for this device , each routine has 9
output control ways.
a)Normally on; b)Normally off; c)Normally half-power; d)timed
half-power; e)Light control on and off; f)light control on and
timed off. Light; g)controller on, Normally half-power, Light
contorl off.; h)Light controller on, timed half power, light
control off; i) light contol on, light half power
5. Protection function:
It has a perfect
protection features, including: Anti recoil solar cells, solar
cells, anti-reverse, battery over charge, battery anti-reverse,
mine, wind turbine current limiting, automatic braking and hand
brake wind turbine.
6. Communicating function:
Our controller has
data transmission function(RS**2/**5), and matched with Remote
monitoring software. This software can monitor system running
situation. Such as battery voltage, wind turbine voltage, solar
cell voltage, battery charge current, wind turbine current, solar
cell charge current, battery charge power, solar cell charge power,
wind turbine charge power, speed of wind turbine and etc. The
software can set and modify system parameters, meanwhile controller
the load run situation and wind turbine.
7. Low-voltage charge function:
We add
low-voltage charge controller module according to the demand of our
customer and market. This module can charge battery while wind
turbines at low speeds . (Optional function)
8. Set-up function:
1) Charge voltage set:
according to the different characteristics of wind turbine, the
controller can designe start charge voltage of wind turbine through
the communication port, only start to charge while he wind turbine
voltage is higher than setted point, battery will be charged.
2) Dumpload voltage point of wind turbine; user can set up a
certain dumpload point by pressing buttoms Depending on different
wind turbine characteristics
3) Battery voltage protect point: could be set up according to
different characteristics of battery and customers’ demand.
(Over-charge voltage/ over-discharge voltage/ recovery voltage)
4) Set up light control on and off voltage point of solar
cells.
9. Ability to adapt to the
environment:
Components are industrial grade components
to ensure equipment work under **0 °C degrees. The main controller
chip are imported from the United States, the ability to adapt is
from **0 °C to **5 °C military level. And uses ROHS material to
match requirements of United States and Europe according to
customer needs.
