Stone Adhesive (SK****2)

Feature
The product has the feature of strong curing strength, resistant of aging, 
grinding, water, oil, chemical medium. And it is clear thick liquid with
 flexible toughness. 

Scope of Application
Could be used to repair all kinds of the stone material like surface 
cracking, sand eyes, holes, etc. 

Using Method 
1. Remove the oil, dirty from the surface and keep clear, dry. 
2. Mix the glue by rate of A: B as 5: 1 thoroughly. Then, spread the glue
 onto the stone surface by scraping evenly. Solidifying completely about 
*4 hours later, grind the glue. If permission, heat the stone to ****0
Centigrade, then grind the surface only **3 hours later. 
3. For small cracks, should spread the glue by times to make the gel 
penetrate into the cracks. 
4. If there is serious defect on the stone surface like soil layer, should 
spread glue and mountain meal to repair. Grind after solidifying. Then, 
scrape the glue. 
5. Scrape the surface glue firstly, then, use reinforcing glue. 

Warning 
1. It should be even enough when mixing the glue to promise the using effect. 
2. Flat the surface separately before glue solidify, do not crises cross. 
Spread on the surface as lubricant after solidifies to avoid bonding of the 
stone. 
3. Do not spread the stone treatment additive, or non epoxy glue onto the 
surface which may take chemical reaction with the stone glue and affect 
the performance. 
4. Do not mix using of the tool of part A and B. And wash the tools with 
acetone before solidify. 
5. Do not mix cap of the part A and B. Tighten the caps after usage. 
Do not swallow. 
6. Make a trial usage in advance to avoid mistake according to the different
 physical, chemical property of the stone. 

Storage and Packing
1. With one year life time in cool, ventilated and dry condition. Can go on use 
if test valid after the validity period. 
2. Non-inflammable, non-poisonous after solidify and can transported by mailing, express. 
3. Packing size: 6kg/set (*8kg/ctn) in plastic bottle, *0 kg/set in plastic barrel.
