machine is used to manufacture steel bar nets which work as metal
building material.

railway, express way, airport, water & power projects, shelves
in department stores, etc. The welding-forming machine for steel
bar nets is a key equipment of production line for steel bar nets
fabrication.

Process parameters, such as welding current, welding time,
welding-forming pressure, etc. can be controlled with PLC on the
basis of process requirements.

width, length and mesh size of steel bar nets can be adjusted, and
such an adjustment is performed with stepless method.

Operation is easy, reliable and safety with PLC system and
monitoring & alarming devices.
d) It
is suited for steel round bar, cold-rolling deformed bar,
galvanized bar and stainless steel bar. O.D. of applicable steel
