Interior instrument and door panels, and Exterior  bumpers of automobile need to improve
scratch and marresistance. So we developed anti-scratch agent for automotive TPO/PP.
CHEMS ER **0 is designed to enhance scratch and mar resistance for Interior and Exterior of Car.
2. Characteristics
â–¶ Excellent anti-scratch property
â–¶ Increase Impact strength of automotive TPO / PP.
â–¶ Good paintable.
 
3. Applications
â–¶ Formulation : Co-PP + *0% Talc + *0% Elastomer
(A) at *0N
 
Figure (A) : at *0N without ER**0
Figure(B) : at *0N with 3% ER**0
 

Conclusion : Figure(B) is more round and low in depth. But Figure(A) is different
Therefore scratch can be seen at the Figure(A)

4. Dosage
â–¶ CHEMS ER **0can improve anti-scratch property on the surface of your injection mould
at 2~5%loading.
 
5. Handling
▶ CHEMS ER **0should be stored in dry conditions at temperatures below 50℃.
 
6. Safety
â–¶ CHEMS ER **0is not classified as dangerous preparation.
 
7. Comparison
â–¶ If you use CHEMS ER **0in your TPO compound, the anti-scratch property has the same
data from PC/ABS compound.
