Description
This is a fully automatic inline filling machine for bottled water
plants and bottle filling of non-carbonated beverages, including
fruit juice and coolers, that are packed in PET bottles. Rinsing,
filling, and capping of bottles are integrated in one, fully
automatic synchronized machine.
This equipment is manufactured in an ISO***1 certified
manufacturing facility to ensure the highest standards in the
industry are met. Critical electronic components and PLC are made
by Mitsubishi or Siemens. Pneumatic controls are made by respected
companies in Italy or Japan. All bottle contact parts are made of
food grade stainless steel or food grade plastic.
All production information and automation controls are displayed
digitally. Automatic control and manual toggle adjustments are made
on a PLC controlled touch-screen panel.
The bottles are clamped at the neck and suspended for smooth
operation even with light weight PET bottles. Empty bottles are
rinsed on the inside, and turned over **0 degrees prior to being
filled.
Pressure filling nozzles deliver fast, efficient, and accurate
dispensing with minimal dripping and leakage.
The Monoblock Consists of: Monoblock Base/Electrical Panel/Rinsing
Station/Filling Station/Capping Station
Monoblock Base - The sturdy base is supported by adjustable feet
and is made with stainless steel sheathing secured to the tubular
frame. The base houses the motor and drive gears and it is
accessible through stainless steel removeable doors. The
rinser-filler-capper is motorized by a single AC electric motor and
controlled by an inverter, which allows for variable speed
operation. Operating speed of the rinser-filler-capper is
synchronized.
Electrical Panel - The electric panel contains the inverter, motor
starters, the PLC, and other electromechanical components for the
operating of the machine. The inverter enables the operator to vary
the rate of production. This variable speed contorl feature enables
the operator to synchronize the rinser-filler-capper with other
packaging machines running on the same line. Emergency stop button
is mounted on front of touch screen panel.
Rinsing Station - The rotary rinsing turret consists of individual
bottle neck grippers and spray nozzles to rinse the inside of PET
bottles. All parts that contact the bottle are made of stainless
steel or food grade plastic material. The bottle grippers take the
bottles from the inlet starwheel while they are still driven by the
starwheel, thus guaranteeing a secure grip. After the bottles are
secured in the gripping mechanism, the bottle is turned upside down
and centred above a spraying nozzle that directs a stream of rinse
water into the bottle. After being rinsed, the water then drains
out the bottle and automatically turned over to an upright
position.
Filling Station - Filler has overflow style stainless steel fill
heads that are suitable to fill thin flowable liquids in PET
bottles. Starwheels move the bottles "by the neck" through the
rinsing, filling and capping mechanisms. Filling valves are fully
made of **6 stainless steel with food grade gaskets. The filling
valves are secured to allow easy assembly and disassembly. Each
valve is internally polished (mirror finish). If the bottle is not
present the valve does not deliver any product.
Capping Station-Rotative capping turret with 6, 8, *0, *2, *5
heads, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET
bottles
The capper consists of a steel structure externally shrouded with a
stainless steel casing.
The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with
relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads.
The cap feeder and all the parts in contact with the caps are made
of stainless steel or food grade plastic.
The cap feeder guides the caps onto a chute fitted with a device to
deliver them to the pick-off point with the open end down.
The capping heads are raised and lowered by the action of a
follower that rides on a cam.
