Steel Structure Welding Deformation about Motorized transfer cart

Description

1. In our company, we manufacture Rail motoerized transfer cart, transfer trolley. We produce KPD, KPX, KPJ ,KPT, KPC, KP series according to the different power suppply mode. These carts  are widely used in industry and factory to transport heavy load, cargo and equipment.
2.At present, the steel structure of motorized transfer
cart has been widely applied in the plantbuilding. And
the primary member of steel structural plants is 
welding H-type steel stem, girder and support.
There exists a problem of welding deformation 
during the manufacturing operation of these members.
If the welding deformation doesn't correct, it doesn't
only have an effect on the integral installation 
but also reduce the safety reliability of this 
installation. 3.The category of welding deformation about steel 
structure and flame correction:The primary member
of steel structure is welding H-type steel steam, 
girder and support. Welding deformation usually 
applies the following three flame corrections: (1)
Line Heating; (2) Pointlike Heating; (3) Triangle
Heating.
