PAYMENT
TERMS& PERFORMANCE
BOND

Buyer providing an Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of
Credit (DLC). DLC shall secure the total amount of payment for one
month’s dispatch. Within five
(5) banking days after final contract is signed, Seller issues
pre-advice 2% PB from the seller bank. Buyer’s bank will issue DLC,
which will activate PB.
