Description

Its features are:
1. The whole machine adopts full-closed security and protection by using imported carbon steel plate and light, wear-resisting and high-quality aluminum plate.

6. The main roller bearing uses imported SKF original binding products or Wafangdian bearing which employ thin oil circulation lubrication to completely solve the frequent changing trouble caused by unseasonal maintenance of bearings.
7. Both shoulders for sealing materials are designed with automatic compensation function needing no manual adjustment.
8. Magnetic separator mechanism adopts automatic flip design of two and three parts arm which can easily remove the absorbed iron.
9. The self-prepared tooling mould of core component roll is made from a unique formula and by join Roll Power Station Division ofChina First Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. It is casted by German centrifugal composite casting equipment with alloy of high nickel, chromium and molybdenum of ****5mm thickness layer and HS****0 degrees hardness. It uses patented open shaft cold mounting technology, increasing thickness of the rough roll of roll casting for no deformation, no expansion, and even blank piece.
